Terms of use

These terms cover buying on Shop & Give, run by HHM Custom Homes LLC (“HHM”). By shopping or bidding here you agree to them. Sellers also agree to the seller terms.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and give true contact and shipping details. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars. Tax and shipping are added at checkout. If a price is clearly wrong or an item turns out to be out of stock, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Quick bids

• A bid is a promise to buy. If you have the highest bid when the timer ends, you have bought the item at that price.
• The winner pays within 24 hours. If you don’t, the item may go to the next bidder and your account may lose bidding access.
• Bids cannot be taken back, except when the seller changes the listing in a big way after you bid.

Refunds

You can get a refund if your item never arrives or is not as described. Tell us within 3 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date if it never came) by emailing chrishines@hhmcustomhome.com with your order number and photos if you have them. We may ask you to send the item back first. Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method.

How the giving works

When you buy, HHM gives part of its own profit to the school or cause you choose. The amount shown on each item is HHM’s gift. You are buying a product, not donating. Your payment is a purchase.

Partner links

Some travel and ticket links take you to partner sites. Those purchases follow the partner’s terms, and HHM may earn a commission.

Things you may not do

Don’t use the store for fraud, bid with no plan to pay, bid up items for a seller, or try to break or overload the site. We may close accounts that do.

Limits

We work to keep the store running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, HHM’s responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by North Carolina law.
