Privacy policy
Shop & Give is run by HHM Custom Homes LLC (“HHM”, “we”). This page explains what we collect when you use Shop & Give on the web or in our app, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone number if you add it, and the school or cause you pick.
- Orders and bids: what you buy or bid on, prices, dates and order status.
- Shipping address: where to send your order.
- Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers the details you give them.
- Usage and device information: pages viewed, links clicked, browser or device type and rough location from your internet address. This helps us see what works and fix what doesn’t.
- Forms you send us: volunteer sign-ups, seller sign-ups and page claims.
How we use it
- To process orders and bids, ship items and handle returns and refunds.
- To send receipts, shipping updates and replies to your questions.
- To credit HHM’s giving to the school or cause you picked.
- To keep the store safe, stop fraud and follow the law.
- To improve the store. If you agree to marketing emails or texts, you can stop them any time with the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the store: Stripe for payments, the suppliers and carriers that ship your order, our hosting and database providers, and travel or ticket partners when you click through to them. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies and saved settings
We save small pieces of information in your browser, such as the school or cause you picked and whether you’ve already seen our intro. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time. Email chrishines@hhmcustomhome.com from the email on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will confirm within 30 days. We keep order and tax records only as long as the law requires.
Children
Shop & Give is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Buying and bidding require you to be 18 or older.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Big changes will be shown on the site or sent by email.
