Seller terms
These terms cover selling on Shop & Give, run by HHM Custom Homes LLC (“HHM”). They are in addition to our terms of use and privacy policy.
Fees
- Standard fee: 8% of each sale.
- Founding Sellers: 5% of each sale for your first 12 months, Pro free for your first 6 months, then 8% locked for life for as long as your account stays in good standing.
- Card processing and shipping labels you buy through us are shown separately before you pay or list.
What you can sell
Only items you own and have the right to sell, described honestly with real photos. Never list:
- Fake, copied or counterfeit goods.
- Stolen items.
- Weapons, ammunition, drugs, alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, recalled items, adult content or anything illegal to sell where you or the buyer live.
Fair bidding
Never bid on your own items, and never ask friends, family or a second account to bid them up. We watch for this.
Shipping
Ship within the handling time you set and add tracking. Buyers can get a refund if an item never arrives or is not as described, so pack carefully and describe items accurately.
Payouts
- Trusted sellers: paid after the carrier first scans the package.
- New sellers: paid 3 days after delivery, until you build a track record.
- If a buyer is refunded for an item that never arrived or was not as described, that amount comes back out of your payouts.
Removing listings and accounts
HHM may remove any listing that breaks these terms. For repeated problems, such as late shipping, frequent not-as-described claims or rule breaking, HHM may pause or close your seller account. We will tell you why.
How the giving works
HHM gives part of its own profit to the school or cause the buyer chose. It never comes out of your payout.
